Lyn Coghlan   Lyn Coghlan, A Team director has been in hardware for the long haul! She has an intimate understanding of both the supplier and merchandising side of the hardware industry. In fact Lyn was the first woman sales representative in Australia to take on the paint category.
Lyn Coghlan started at Cabots in the 1980’s and then moved onto Selleys in another sales rep role. Account management followed across all channels including hardware, paint, grocery and automotive.
A national account role beckoned and Lyn was off to Osram where she gained a strong understanding of working with merchandising agencies. To strengthen her management skills Lyn acquired a marketing degree and honed her understanding of business development and channel management with a senior role at GE.
Over the journey working closely with Bunnings and major independent hardware retailers has been a key part of the Lyn Coghlan’s success . In 2000 Lyn saw the opportunity to raise the standards of service provided to Bunnings on behalf of suppliers and moved over to the merchandiser side of the fence in a senior directors role. Now with over a decade of experience managing the merchandising programs for leading suppliers to Bunnings, Lyn has detailed knowledge of all Bunnings processes and a practical understanding of how they work out in the field. Lyn Coghlan is the driving force behind the A Team culture of delivering exceptional service at all times.

Marilyn Goss – Business Development Qld & NT
Marilyn has been with A Team since the beginning and has been in merchandising for many years before that. She started in supermarkets & departments stores and then moved into hardware merchandising. Marilyn gets a kick out of sharing her industry experience with the rest of the A Team merchandisers up north.  

Glenn MacDermott – Business Development NSW
Glenn’s background was in manufacturing management before moving into hardware merchandising.  He enjoys the variety of the role and finds it very rewarding to work with the dedicated A Team hardware merchandisers.   He takes pride in the servicing and presentation of stores and will do whatever it takes to get the job done for our clients.

Tania Straus – Business Development Vic, Tas & SA
Tania is still enjoying the journey in the hardware industry after 20 years.  With stints at Sutton Tools,Vermont American and HPM Industries with roles such as sales supervisor, state sales manager and accounts manager, Tania is well equipped for the task at A Team Merchandising.  Tania is always working to maximise sell through opportunities in store and to support customers marketing and distribution objectives.

Donna Bond – Sales Support
Donna Bond is an ideal match for our new client support role. Donna has been with A Team since 2009 and has had stints with other merchandising companies. Before that Donna worked full time at Bunnings so she knows “both sides of the fence”. This makes her perfectly equipped to take on the job of co-ordinating customer requirements for new stores. Donna will be combining her new part time role in the office with continued work in the field.
  Andrea Eden - Business Development WA
Andrea Eden has joined A Team in Business Development for Western Australia. Andrea brings a strong
marketing background and extensive experience in grocery. Andrea is also able to share an
international perspective having held management positions overseas. We have already experienced
to the benefits of Andreas insights and we look forward to her ongoing contributions to driving our
clients business.
